The Ford Foundation
The Ford Foundation commissioned this 64-page report examining international human rights training programs for Indigenous peoples around the world. Working with researcher and writer Mia MacDonald, I designed a publication that organized dense policy research, legal frameworks, and program inventories into a clear, readable document for policymakers, advocates, and foundation leaders.
The design balanced the seriousness of the subject matter with accessibility and structure—using typography, hierarchy, pacing, and restrained visual elements to guide readers through complex material. The report helped support the Ford Foundation’s broader work advancing Indigenous rights, international participation, and access to legal and human rights education.
